Coming Out To Your Parents: A Guide from PFLAG

Postby ElectricKoolaid » Wed Mar 03, 2010 3:10 am

I just stumbled upon this guide, written by a PFLAG father, about coming out to one's parents. It's very informative, encouraging, and well-written, and the fact that it's from the perspective of the father of a gay man lends a helpful angle to the whole thing.

I would highly recommend it for anyone who has yet to come out to their parent or parents. :)

I think I read this just before I came out. It is indeed very helpful. The tips in there are very useful, especially if you are uncertain about some things. Two thumbs up! :)
